This policy covers levolve.net, the website of Levolve LC, a business in Lynchburg, Virginia. It describes what the site collects, why, and what happens to it.

What is collected

The site collects personal information in two ways.

• When you send a message through the contact form: the name, email address and message you type, along with the internet (IP) address the message came from and the time it was sent.
• When you visit any page: the web server keeps a routine log of each request, which includes the internet (IP) address, the page requested, the time, and the type of browser.

The site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.

Why it is collected

• Contact form details are used to read and reply to your message.
• The email address you give is sent one automatic message confirming that your message arrived and asking you to confirm the address is yours.
• Internet addresses and server logs are used to keep the site running, to limit spam, and to investigate misuse.

Levolve does not use your information for marketing unless you ask to be contacted about it.

Where it goes

• Messages are saved on Levolve's web server, which is hosted by DigitalOcean in the United States.
• Each message is also delivered to Levolve by email, through Google Workspace.

DigitalOcean and Google handle this information only to provide those services to Levolve. Levolve does not sell personal information and does not share it with anyone else, unless required to by law.

How long it is kept

• Messages saved on the web server are deleted 12 months after they are received.
• The web server's request logs are deleted after 14 days.
• The copy of a message delivered by email is kept as business correspondence for as long as it is needed, and is deleted on request.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information Levolve holds about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Send the request through the contact form, using the email address you want the request to apply to.

Children

This site is meant for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. Levolve does not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
